USAGE OF E-MEMBER

By receiving, acknowledging or using the Souper Tang & YS Hamper E-Membership, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and bound by all the terms and conditions of the Membership Program herein. The E-Membership is only usable at participating Souper Tang (“SPT”) & YS Hamper Outlets (“YSH”) and Soupertang.com & Yshamper.com . You are required to present the E-Member QR Code on your mobile app at Souper Tang & YS Hamper (without demand from the Outlets) before the purchase of any products and services to enjoy the Member benefits and discounts. 

ELIGIBILITY OF E-MEMBER

All interested customers are eligible to apply. You may apply for the E-Member by filling in the registration form on Souper Tang WebApp, pay the membership fee via online payment gateway. You are entitled for one E-Membership only. The Membership is strictly not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, not for sale and can only be used by the individual who is named or registered for the E-Member. 

BENEFITS

E-Members may be eligible for benefits as Souper Tang in our discretion decide to provide. They may receive invitations for Souper Tang launches/previews of new Souper Tang products, special invitations to Souper Tang sponsored events or any additional exclusive Souper Tang promotional offers. 

NON-TRANSFERABLE

The Membership is not transferable – it is for the personal use of the person whose name is shown in our system. 

VARIATIONS

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time at our sole discretion, without notice and in such manner as we may decide, amend or reserve the benefits and privileges conferred by the use of the E-Member or these terms and conditions and a E-Member shall be bound by any variation or amendment or addition to the terms and conditions herein. 

DISCRETION

We reserve the right to make decisions on all matters concerning the Membership, privileges and all matters in relation to SOUPER TANG E-Membership and in the event of any dispute, our decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. The E-Member warrants and represents to SOUPER TANG that all information and particulars contained in this Application are true and correct in all respects. SOUPER TANG reserves the right to require an E-Member to provide supporting documents (such as NRIC or passport) to verify identity, or other personal details. 

TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION

We shall not be liable or held responsible for any manner of misuse, or damage of the E-Membership and its benefits suffered by the Member. E-Membership is renewable with membership fee paid at “member.soupertang.com” website upon membership expiration. 

INTERNET DELAYS

The Rewards and WebApp may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications including the mobile or electronic device used by the Member being faulty, not connected, out of range, switched off or not functioning. Souper Tang shall not be held responsible for any failure of recording any spending accumulation, redemption of voucher or other privileges, and other Mobile App usage related failures, damages or losses resulting from such problems.

PRIVACY NOTICE

We will collect personal information from you (such as your name, personal identification, address, phone number, email address, birthday etc.) as part of your ownership of the E-Member. We may use the personal information to administer this program, to communicate with you regarding this program and our products services and promotions, to provide you with other information that you request, and/or to improve our product and service offerings. We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and will take all necessary reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is secured against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure or destruction. SOUPER TANG and its affiliates under the strategic alliances reserve the right to use the database information for the purpose of cross selling, marketing and promotion activities. Our Data Protection and Privacy Notice which is available on our website (www.soupertang.com) will apply whenever you provide us with your personal information.
